The participants learn to develop mentoring competencies and support a culture of change in schools, transforming them in learning communities. They increase productivity by learning together. They obtain the techniques to empower teachers and students. They develop skills of cooperation and increase their level of self-confidence and effectiveness. At the end, the participants improve the perception of professionalism.
The course starts on Monday morning (09:00) and finishes on Saturday (12:00 approximately).
Teachers (Pre-school, primary, secondary, vocational, adult, special needs); Teacher trainers; Careers officers, educational guides and counsellors; Inspectors; Principals/managers of schools/organizations offering adult education.
English – participants should be teachers with a minimum level of English corresponding to B2 and above in the Common European Framework (CEFR).
The fees come to 480€. This amount can be fully covered via an Erasmus+ grant provided by your National Agency.
