Dealing with cultural diversity in the course aims to enable participants to deal effectively with classroom challenges linked to cultural and linguistic diversity. Participants are expected to be engaged in cooperative group work, by participating in seminars and workshops. Experienced trainers will deliver lectures and workshops to participants based on the participants’ needs and interests.
New cooperative methods and techniques help the participants to transform classrooms into attractive environments. Additionally, skills of cooperation increase participants’ level of self-confidence and effectiveness.
After the course, the bonds of international co-operation that you might establish with other participants in this program will expand the European Dimension of your school by providing opportunities to share and disseminate professional knowledge and examples of good practices.
Generally, the program promotes interaction and collaboration among the participants.
The course starts on Monday morning (09:00) and finishes on Saturday (12:00 approximately).
Teachers (Pre-school, primary, secondary, vocational, adult, special needs); Teacher trainers; Careers officers, educational guides and counsellors; Inspectors; Principals/managers of schools/organizations offering adult education.
English – participants should be teachers with a minimum level of English corresponding to B2 and above in the Common European Framework (CEFR).
The fees come to 480€. This amount can be fully covered via an Erasmus+ grant provided by your National Agency.
