The traditional classroom should be transformed into a modern school environment with priority in active, experiential and collaborative learning. Teachers themselves should exchange ideas with their colleagues and adopt the spirit of collaboration. Thus, new cooperative skills, methods and techniques could help teachers to increase their level of self-confidence and effectiveness and transform classrooms into attractive environments.
By participating in seminars and workshops, teachers are expected to be engaged in cooperative group work. Communication skills in classroom will be cultivated as well.
